your current years' Service Charge transactions and all of the previous six
years transactions, correct any errors, and obtain refunds if required.

Recent audits for apartment owners within the York area have resulted in
refunds and made significant savings for the current and future Service
Charge year's costs.

We are happy to conduct an audit and produce a report at no cost to you.

If we find that you should be reimbursed monies, due to an overcharge, error
or because of any other incorrect Service Charge payment, we would charge an
agreed percentage of the total refunded monies.

In essence, AHPM will only get paid if you obtain a refund / repayment. We
also waiver this charge if ongoing management is agreed or continues after
an audit takes place.
